Danielle Koch

Danielle played softball at Ohio Dominican University for four years (2003-2007) where she served mainly as a relief pitcher and designated hitter. During Danielle's sophomore season the Panthers made an appearance at the NAIA College World Series, for the second time in school history, finishing the season with an overall record of 45-14. In her time at ODU Danielle was named NAIA Academic All-American (2006, 2007), First Team All-AMC as a Utility Player (2006), and Second Team All Great Lakes Region (2006). Danielle graduated from ODU in 2007 with a degree in Middle Childhood Education and currently teaches seventh grade science at Genoa Middle School in Westerville. She has experience coaching athletes of all ages and specializes in pitching.

Played 8 years in the minor leagues reaching AAA in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011. 3 time minor league all star, southern league homerun champion in 2009. Have been giving hitting instruction for 14 years.

Steve Schrenk

Steve Schrenk is an accomplished professional pitching coach with 30 years combined playing and coaching experience in the Chicago White Sox, Boston Red Sox, Baltimore Orioles, Oakland A's and Philadelphia Phillies Organizations. To date, he has developed over 40 pitchers that have pitched in the big leagues such as: Cole Hamels,Carlos Carrasco, Adam Morgan, Aaron Nola, Kyle Kendrick, Hector Neris, and Antonio Bastardo. Beyond his pitching and coaching experience, Steve has managed in the Australian Baseball League and currently scouts for the Canberra Cavalry.

He recently completed his assignment coaching premiere prospects in the Arizona Fall League. There he worked with top pitching prospects from the Yankees, Mets, Giants, Phillies, and Angels organizations. In March 2017, Steve will begin his 14th season as a player development pitching coach for the Philadelphia Phillies.

Steve has worked with children of all ages and specializes in:
Proper use of the lower half to maximize velocity, power and effectiveness
Mental aspects of pitch calling and in game mental toughness
Arm care
All pitch technique and grips
Keeping pitchers healthy for a long career

His expertise enables him to develop personalized long toss programs on an individual basis, teach new grips, pitches, and all the latest drills and exercises (ex. power drive, balance beam, towel drills, etc).

Steve has proven ability to analyze, pinpoint, and implement to acquire the best performance out of all athletes on an individual basis. He displays strong work ethic, professionalism, patience, and a true love for the game.
